2. Artworks & Product Descriptions

• All artworks are original or limited-edition creations, described as accurately as possible.
• Color variations may occur due to screen settings.
• Availability is subject to change; some works may be one-of-a-kind or time-limited.

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices are listed in Euro  and include applicable VAT (if relevant).
• Accepted payment methods: PayPal and other options specified at checkout.
• Payment must be completed before shipping. For custom works, a deposit may be required.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping is available internationally.
• Delivery times and costs are outlined in our Delivery Policy.
• Customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes (if applicable).

5. Withdrawal, Returns & Refunds

• EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal (see Withdrawal Policy).
• Return conditions apply; custom commissions are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Copyright & Usage Rights

• All artworks remain the intellectual property of the artist.
• Purchase does not transfer reproduction, commercial use, or modification rights.
• Any public use or exhibition must be pre-approved in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Pfeil Art Gallery is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party carriers.
• We do our utmost to ensure secure packaging and reliable service.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell or misuse customer data.

9. Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and relevant EU directives.
• In case of disputes, parties agree to first seek resolution via communication.
